If you have booked a tour and need to change it, cancel it, chase a voucher or request a refund, your contract is with GetYourGuide and the local operator — contact them through the GetYourGuide app, website or the confirmation email you received. We have no access to your booking and cannot see, alter or refund it.

Reporting a correction
Corrections are the most valuable thing you can send us. To make one easy to act on, include:
- The page URL.
- The exact sentence that is wrong.
- What it should say, and how you know — a link, a photograph of a sign, a dated receipt, or simply "I was there last week and it opens at 06:00".
We do not need proof to the standard of a court. First-hand recent observation is plenty, and we will mark anything we cannot independently verify as such.
A note on who we are
mekongdelta.boats is an independent travel guide. We are not a travel agency, a tour operator, a boat company, a port authority or a government body, and we are not affiliated with any of them. Full detail is on our about page and in the disclaimer at the foot of every page on this site.
For tour operators
We are happy to hear from operators working in the Mekong Delta, Cambodia and Laos. Two things worth knowing before you write:
- We do not sell placement. There is no paid listing, sponsored review or featured slot available on this site at any price.
- We do correct facts. If we have your itinerary, duration, inclusions, group size or price band wrong, send the correction and we will fix it.
Bookings on this site are routed through GetYourGuide. If you want your product to appear here, the route is to be listed there.
What happens to your email
Messages sent to support@mekongdelta.boats are stored in our mailbox and used only to reply to you and, where relevant, to correct the site. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, and we do not pass email addresses to operators, advertisers or anyone else. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
